Alicia Kelly (nee Walter)

Alicia Kelly (nee Walter) has been involved in the family business from a young age. On the weekends, Alicia would walk through display homes with her family. School holidays would be spent in the office help with filing and archiving.

Alicia officially joined JWH Group in November 2009 as a Management Accountant with Plunkett Homes. Alicia was soon taking on responsibilities for several other divisions before becoming Corporate Services Manager.

In her role as Joint General Manager and Company Secretary, Alicia’s focus is on information technology, construction, administration and finance.

In 2005, Alicia graduated from the University of Western Australia with a Bachelor of Laws/Commerce (Corporate Finance and Accounting). Alicia worked for KPMG for three years and qualified as a Chartered Accountant, before backpacking for eight months around South America and Europe.

Currently Chair of the Housing Industry Association’s (HIA) WA Industrial Relations and Legal Committee, Alicia also sits on the HIA’s Regional Executive Committee for WA. She is a member of Family Business Australia, and an alumni of Leadership WA, completing its Signature Leadership Program in 2013.

Alicia loves spending time down south at the family farm with her husband and two children, as well as keeping fit and spending time with friends and family.
